Throughout his career, he has advised numerous corporate clients operating on both national and international scales and has developed deep expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contract law, international investments, and compliance.
He has played an active role for many years in complex processes such as developing legal strategies for multinational investment projects, managing mergers and corporate restructuring transactions, and drafting and negotiating comprehensive commercial agreements. He has regularly advised companies across various industries on strengthening corporate governance structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes, managing legal risk, and building data protection frameworks.
In his professional practice, he has coordinated the legal aspects of multinational investment projects in the finance, technology, infrastructure, manufacturing, and services sectors. He has provided strategic guidance to domestic and foreign investors on partnership models, contractual structures, and corporate governance. Hakkı Cihan Türk completed his doctoral dissertation at Istanbul University on “Legal Consequences of Mergers and the Invalidity of Mergers under Joint Stock Company Law.” Since 2019, he has continued his professional career as an independent attorney.
