Gul Ozdinc founded her own law firm in 1989 and established the legal affairs department of the ELF Group in 1993. After 1998, she managed the legal and compliance departments of the companies conducting METRO AG’s real estate investments in Türkiye for 12 years and served on their management and executive boards. Beginning in 2010, she worked as the head of the legal and real estate departments of Petrol Ofisi A.Ş.—Türkiye’s second-largest publicly traded company acquired by the OMV Group and later transferred to the Vitol Group (the company became privately held in 2014)—as well as OMV Group companies operating in the electricity and natural gas sectors. Since 2018, she has continued her professional work as an independent attorney.
She is a certified mediator specializing in energy, real estate, consumer law, labor law, and commercial law.
Her experience includes the sale and transfer of various companies; negotiation of service, energy and other product supply and procurement agreements with domestic and global counterparties; fuel dealership, leasing, movable and immovable property, facility, operation, construction and lease agreements; acquisition of land for large-scale commercial, shopping mall, residential and energy facility investments; follow-up of zoning and permitting procedures; and serving as a board member in various companies.
She is the founding president of the In-House Lawyers Association (KİAD).
